Andie Gregier, E-RYT is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor working and educating others on yoga. She completed her 200-hour training with CorePower Yoga and her style of instruction is strongly influenced by Baron Baptiste.
She believes there is no disconnect between mind and body and therefore strives to nurture both congruently. She currently leads 3 teacher trainings a year, helping guide students to become instructors.
Andie was first introduced to yoga while living abroad but didn’t become passionate about it until she was working on her Master’s Degree in bilingual education. Her crazy schedule of work and study made it difficult to keep her head above water. Yoga provided the therapeutic balance that she was missing and it continues to rejuvenate her. Andie’s teaching embodies that same mindful balance, utilizing meditation, accurate anatomical cues and healing work through inner channels called Nadis.
Having lived abroad 6 years, she is equally passionate about travel and education. Her journeys have taken her to Asia, Europe and North and Central America and have given her an empathetic glimpse into other’s lives. Andie currently lives in Austin with her Fiancé and loves making the most of the varied music, dining, and outdoor environment.
Francesca Budesheim, E-RYT, MSSW (@francescayoga) is a certified yoga instructor based in Austin, Texas. She completed her first 200-hour training with Shane Perkins and Kate Saul in and continued to pursue additional training hours with Shiva Rea, Maria Garre, Heather Peterson, Peter Crowley and more. She's currently working towards holistic health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
After tearing her ACL in high school, Francesca quickly turned to yoga to rehabilitate her body. She didn't count on the practice to also rehabilitate her spirit. While completing her undergraduate degree in Child + Family Studies and Addiction Studies and Syracuse University she completed her 200hr training and began teaching shortly after. While studying towards her Master of Degree in Clinical Social Work at The University of Texas at Austin, Francesca was given the opportunity to use her knowledge of the human body, human emotion and human spirit to create a therapeutic yoga group for people suffering from grief and loss.
Francesca's teaching style combines strength-based, precise cues to activate and connect to the body. She values meaningful movement that allows her students to strengthen both their physical body and spiritual body.
Outside of yoga, Francesca is married with two dachshunds, is an ambassador for Fitbit and their Fitbit Local initiative across the United States, an ambassador for Health Warrior bars and working on her first book.
